Issues Presented without Offense
(You can apply this to all issues and upsets!)
“Is it possible to present your issues or upsets with someone without offending them?
Is there a way to discuss what is bothering you without the other person becoming defensive or hurt?
Is there a way to get the other person to understand and agree with meeting your needs?” A reader.
Often issues are presented in a way that attacks the other, rather than presents how the upset individual needs to learn and grow within themselves.
Remember, our issues come from parts of ourselves that need healing, forgiveness and/or to be seen and responded to differently.
“I have an issue about.......”
“What I need to do to handle this issue better is.....”
“What you can do to help me with this issue is........”
All our upsets and issues are really about past similar experiences with unresolved feeling.
Our relationships offer us a replay of situations we have experienced before.
Without peace there can be no understanding.
When either or both parties are upset, there is distortion of facts, emotional reactivity, words and actions taken which are immature and destructive.
Stop all arguments by simply being silent, not defensive or argumentative. Be the one who either listens for the deeper need or simply excuse yourself and step away.
Take responsibility for your feelings, issues and reactions.
Rather than take out our emotions on the persons involved, it is far more effective and healing to step away and do our own inner work to find peaceful resolution.
Always set up circumstances where both people win and find inner peace.
If you need help to resolve your feelings, ask the most willing person at a time when your request can be received with respect and love.
My Example:
I have an issue with parents, step parents, teachers, childcare folks, etc who take out their emotional issues on children without taking into consideration the child’s needs, their history or their currents problems.
I can talk to every parent I see in the grocery store, in families I counsel or anywhere it comes up.
I can have the intention of being truly helpful, but giving the clear message I disagree with their method and think they should find a better way or communicating with and treating children.
I can imagine I am defending and protecting children, but be seen as interfering and antagonize the adults.
So what am I suggesting?
I have an issue about how adults treat children.
What I need to do to handle this issue better is find out why adults to what they do and forgive all past experiences with adults who were angry, abusive or hurtful.
What you can do to help me is remind me you are always loving the best way you know in the moment.
Hope this helps…..
PS (Postscript) Yes, Definitely stop all behaviors of adults and children where someone is being harmed. Yes, take care of the children in your life with patience, encouragement, positive direction and Love.
Yes, forgive the past, yours, mine and ours for all the ways humanity has not loved one another.
Yes, do what you are called to do from a loving and healing place within.
Loving you.

Coping with Unfamiliar Behavior
After writing this loving reminder I changed the title from "Handling Immature Behavior".
Some families yell and scream.
Some families threaten and demand.
Some families simply walk away.
Some families know nothing of this.
Can you imagine what it would be like to experience something totally different?
Would you know how to respond if you lived in a totally different culture?
Could you adapt or keep your center or stay at peace with a different way?
We become accustomed to our original upbringing and believe it is THE way?
Children from infancy hear a certain tone of voice.
They learn to respond and mimic what they hear and see and feel.
Children who live in several homes must find a way to adapt to each uniquely.
Adults too must learn to adapt to work cultures, marriage partners and every new situation.
In my family of origin, there was no yelling, screaming, threatening or swearing.
How I grew up was with respect for myself and all others, with not overt anger and no fear.
The way I was parented encourage full expression with respect for each persons’ feelings.
I understood that there was no hierarchy of greater or lesser, all were equally important.
As a practicing therapist, it took me many years to come to know this was unusual.
As a therapist, I would need to adapt to the style of expression of each individual.
As a counselor and coach, I needed to become listener first, then educator to help find a better way.
However, I learned when people don’t know or want a better way, it is best to be silent.
To be respectful of others familiar adaptive behaviors, customs and cultures, is to honor their ways.
To be understanding of others, I must first come to peace and release all judgments and fears.
To be accepting of others is to truly love them as they are and respect their right to learn as they do.
If love is trust and freedom, I must love by trusting their process and allowing others to find their way.
How I learn is by being flexible and open-minded as I listen both outside to the words and tone and inside to the underlying feelings. Usually the surface issues reflect just a symptom of the underlying unhealed stuff. The pain wakes us up to unhealed experiences and feelings from our past (usually early childhood).
So I must listen deeply in order to respond in a neutral way that is non-threatening and opens the door to deeper healing.
Life is a healing, growthful and creative experience at its best.
Life can be a hurtful, destructive and limiting experience at its worst.
Let us learn to facilitate our own healing and growth to create safe places for others to heal and grow.
Let each one of us commit to give our best to ourselves and then offer others a safe place to be.
Loving you, loving me, loving you,
Betty Lue

The freedom for you and I to be who we are.
The freedom to live life as we do.

Are You Prepared?
Have you prepared yourself for a new day of possibility?
Are you ready for all calls for service?
Are you awake to give your very best?
Can you be the one who is helpful, patient and listening?
Yes, the Holidays (Holy Days) are coming.
And the end of 2009 and another New Year is here.
But more importantly, we are awaiting a change, a renewal, a new beginning.
This season is a reminder to prepare the way for a light in the darkness.
Usually we are taught that the Light is a Special One, the singular Light of Christ.
In traditional Christianity, the Second Coming refers to the same Christ appearing again.
However, what if the teachings were to prepare the way for us?
What if we have missed the message and stepped away from our calling?
Are you ready to step up and be the One?
Are you willing to forgive the past and everyone?
Can you bring the light into any darkness that comes?
Are you prepared to bring the Peace of God and Good?
Have you considered your calling where you are right now?
Have you been willing to maintain your own spiritual practice?
Do you take time to be inspired and grateful everyday?
Have you found a fun, safe, easy and loving way to live and love and give?
Look at your own daily life.
Do you speak with respect to everyone?
Do you remember to treat all beings with dignity and kindness?
Do you behave in ways that are patient, gentle and open-minded?
Have you given consideration for all beliefs?
Do you honor all ages, economic and educational backgrounds?
Are you giving your best wherever you go, at home and work?
Do you take impeccable care of your Spirit, your body and your mind?
Are you easily forgiving of any mistakes you make?
Do you naturally forgive yourself and others of forgetfulness?
Can you have compassion for the worldly stresses that people experience?
Are you willing to take time to bring healing peace and Good will?
Are you prepared to be the One?
Are you open to give Love here and now?
Are you ready to give generously your Joy?
Are you grateful for the Piece of Good You Are?
I Hope we all are remembering to Prepare the Way for Love and Light today!

Hope and Pray
Is it possible that when we hope we are praying?
Is it true that when we hope we hold a vision?
Could it be that hope is a signal from our higher self?
Are we willing to allow ourselves to hope and pray?
I hope and pray that all my brethren will awaken to Love.
I hope and pray that we forgive all sins, errors and mistakes.
I hope and pray that each child has the nourishment and nurturance they need.
I hope and pray that the world will live together in peace and harmony.
What I hope for is a dream, a vision, a possibility of what can be.
What I hope for is what I hold in my heart as the Truth of God.
What I hope for is what I remember from before time began.
What I hope for is the song of angels and the prayer of saints.
And to Whom do I pray?
Is it not mine to do these things for which I long?
Is it not mine to live the life I hold in my heart?
Is it not mine to be the One who sing and prays these things?
If I cannot be that which I seek, how can I teach anyone else?
If I cannot forgive all sins and awaken to love, how can I expect another?
If I cannot feed the children within my reach with good food and perfect Love, how can I ask another?
If I cannot sing of harmony and peace with every prayer in my heart, how can I ask You?
And so it is, today I begin again.
I forgive my past and that of all my brothers and sisters.
I release all doubt and fear and choose to live in Love.
I express gratitude that we all are free to choose again.
I answer my own prayer by consciously erasing that which is not good for all.
I appreciate each one I see who is joining the circle of inspired creation.
I give thanks that there is no moment except now in which I can fully be.
I honor and respect those who choose to live and give with dignity.
My life is a song of forgiveness and a prayer of hope.
My words are in invitation to awaken all to Love.
My work is to hold the vision of renewal of spirit in everyone.
My journey is one of being a sacred space in which all will remember Love and return to Holiness.
I am loving you and me and all as One.
Let us awaken ourselves and our choices to be happy and free, Being the All we are meant to be.
Now is the time and we are the Ones.
So let us say YES to our hopes and our dreams, allowing the Vision of Goodness shine through.

Happy Thanksgiving!
So very much to be grateful for!
We sleep in a warm bed every night.
The sun is shining.
I am sharing my love and gratitude.
There is food in the cupboards.
We have electricity, heat and water.
I can listen to any music I want today.
I can live in silence or have conversation.
I am free to love everyone on the planet.
I know how to practice forgiveness.
I am happy with who I am.
I can communicate via phone, mail service, email, in person or via telepathy.
I know I am loving and kind, generous and joyful.
I can laugh and hug, sing and pray.
Today is a very good day.
Can you count your blessings today?
Whether few or many, there are blessings to be grateful for.
Some say the attitude of gratitude heals all pain and sorrow.
Some feel that appreciation increases the good we have.
Some acclaim that it is our thankfulness that is our gift to God.
Whatever you believe, I know…….
When you are grateful, there is no room for complaining.
When you are grateful, you will feel loved and loving.
When you are grateful, life is worth living.
When you are grateful, you can rest peacefully at night.
Another good day to give thanks!
Thanking you,
Betty Lue
Soon we will have a spiritual retreat Center, Reunion Lake House, to share with you in Lake County, CA
Whatever our individual troubles and challenges may be, it’s important to pause every now and then to appreciate all that we have, on every level.
We need to literally 'count our blessings,' give thanks for them, allow ourselves to enjoy them, and relish the experience of prosperity we already have." Shakti Gawain, Author of Creative Visualization
"You are the wings on our feet, the song in our hearts and the breath of Spirit in the work we do for Love.
Know always that we are in this together.
Alone we can do nothing.
Together In Love, there is nothing we cannot do.
I bless your willingness to join us in this joyful service.”

Everyone Is Your Brother
Today is my brother’s birthday and the birthday of a dear friend.
Both are special spirit-filled and spirit-guided people.
Both have contributed much inspiration to my life.
Both have influenced the direction of my living, loving and giving.
And there may be others among you who read these loving reminders who have a birthday today.
You are my brother, my sister, my child, my friend, my inspiration and you too inspire my life.
You contribute and add to my life, simply in living your lives, consciously with love.
For all of you, I celebrate and sing and bless and love and give to you and all my very best.
Life is a sacred journey.
We cross paths and connect with many in families and work, in airports and churches, everywhere.
We indirectly meet others along the way on the phone, in correspondence, in business and on the road.
And the ripples of our connection go on from person to person around the globe, beyond time and space.
How can it be that anyone be denied by me?
How can I forsake anyone who comes my way?
How could I not reach out in welcome and love?
How could I not give my very best to every One?
If everyone is guest in my home and in my heart, I treat everyone with dignity and respect.
If everyone is guest in my workplace, I give everyone the satisfaction of being a contributor.
If everyone is my family, I seek to serve everyone as the honored recipient of my best.
If everyone is my brother, my sister, my mother and my friend, how can I not serve with love?
Yes, I too have bad days, when I do not feel like giving, because I must give to myself.
Yes, I may forget to fill my own cup, before I fill yours and the giving is empty.
Yes, I may play a part that is not received and give away into a bottomless well.
Yes, I may speak words which ring not full of meaning because I have lost my way.
But in every act of giving love, I fill my cup as well.
In every expression of loving kindness I am filled with God’s grace.
Each time I serve with true intention, I waste nothing because in the giving all are fed.
As I speak the words, I am affirming that all be reminded including me.
You see, everyone is my brother……because each one is myself.
Everyone is my mother….because I too need to remember to be mother, sister, brother and friend.
Everyone is my savior, one who awakens in my soul the will to love and serve and remember Goodness.
You are a gift to me and I receive the gift you are.
“There is only one of us.
In your eyes it’s me I see.
There is only one of us.
You are my reflection.”
A Beautiful song whose writer I do not know.
Happy Birthday.
I am so glad you and I were born and have come to this place and time to know one another.
I am loving you with every loving thing I do.
Every time I think or speak or act with love, know I am loving YOU!

Those Who Have
To those who have, much is expected.
To those who give, much will be received.
And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that you may always have enough of everything and may provide in abundance for every good work. II Corinthians 9:8
Give and it will be given to you.
A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap.
Luke 6:38
Just had to share with you this morning that giving is the blessing in life.
Giving provides blessings for you life.
Giving, asking nothing in return.
Giving, expecting nothing, but having faith that everything Good will be manifest.
The call to give is now and everyday in every way.
When you don’t have the energy to give, take time to fill yourself up with Spirit, the breath of life.
Fill yourself up with gratitude.
Plug the leaks with forgiveness.
Enjoy the small precious moments of today.
Love yourself and your whole life well.
When you can see the perfection and holiness in it all, you are fulfilled.
From the fullness…..Give and open the flow.
Goodness is our natural state.
Life is for giving. You are the Gift.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Giving, expecting nothing, but having faith that everything Good will be manifest.
The call to give is now and everyday in every way.
When you don’t have the energy to give, take time to fill yourself up with Spirit, the breath of life.
Fill yourself up with gratitude.
Plug the leaks with forgiveness.
Enjoy the small precious moments of today.
Love yourself and your whole life well.
When you can see the perfection and holiness in it all, you are fulfilled.
From the fullness…..Give and open the flow.
Goodness is our natural state.
Life is for giving. You are the Gift.
Loving you,
Betty Lue
It is all good.

Your Greatest Gift
What is your greatest gift?
Are you willing to give it?
Are you willing to have what you give?
Is it possible that in giving you lose nothing and only gain?
Your greatest Gift is You.
Your Greatest Gift is fully being the Love You Are.
Your greatest Gift is extending the Piece of Good within You.
Your greatest Gift is the Joy in You that comes from Giving.
You never need money or things to give.
It is the joy with which you give Your Self.
Your whole Self and Holy Self thrives on giving.
Your true Self and Authentic Self longs to give Love and Peace and Joy.
So why not?
Spontaneous, joyous act of loving kindness.
Freedom to smile and hug and bless everyone.
Notes and calls and prayers of gratitude and peace.
The Love in You is there to be shared.
The Peace in You is your gift to be given.
The Joy in You is your life song of inspiration.
The Gift of You awaits your willingness to be given.
Notice the gifts you receive as you share the gift of yourself.
Loving you now and always,
Betty Lue

The Gift You Are
You are the gift.
In your healing, I am healed.
In your smiling, I find joy.
In your learning, I am filled with wisdom.
In your free expressions, I am empowered.
In your abundance, I too prosper.
In your spontaneity, I am set free.
In your joy, I know heaven.
And so it is that you give your Self to me
And I receive you with love and gratitude.

And I fully receive the gift I freely give.
As I know You, I know my Self.
As I give to you, I receive all good.

The Time Is Now
If not now, when?
Why wait?
To know and not act seems foolish.
To be ready and hesitate is letting fear lead.
Love trusts.
Love frees.
There are many things we know, but do not put into action.
There are thanks to give, but we forget or get distracted.
There are ways to give and moments to live, but we wait.
There are pounds to lose and habits to quit, and we procrastinate.
Too much distraction.
Too many detours.
Too much stress.
Too many priorities.
So what is the way to go?
What is the voice to follow?
What is the song you sing?
What are your words of wisdom?
Love is the way.
Follow your heart.
Listen within.
You know when to begin.
Do it now.
Take the first step.
Honor your Self.
Appreciate the chance.
Give your All.
Have faith.
Go for it!
Yes. Love says YES.
Life is long, but very short.
Promises are made to be kept.
Joy lights the way.
You know where you are called to begin.
With forgiveness and gratitude?
With commitment and follow through?
With encouragement and support?
With plans and routines?
With one day at a time?
With rewards and celebration?
With healthy habits and inspiration?
With pep talks and honest dialogue?
With lifestyle choices and changes?
With releasing the past and visioning your future?
With time for yourself to nourish and nurture?
With freedom and trust, because Love is a must!
Take time for You and watch the Good that follows.
You can and will do it this time.
Persistence with your eye on your goals pay off.
Loving you is loving me.
Loving us is loving All.

PS We are opening a new and needed spiritual retreat space for individuals, couples and families, just 2 hours from the Bay Area.
It is Reunion Lake House in Hidden Valley Lake, CA. All our friends and family can utilize this space for silent retreats, healing, visioning, getting healthy and just plain fun. It is our hope that everyone will find more contact with the natural healing power of nature and a life of simplicity and healthy living. From this we all can give more of the Love We Are. The initial move takes place the first week in December, but there will continue to be some remodeling, exterior painting, etc. until January.

Thanks
Who to Thank?
How to Thank?
When to Thank?
Giving Thanks is a social art form that seems to have been undervalued and overlooked these days. Giving Thanks is often an afterthought for those who remember the rules of etiquette.
Giving Thanks may be expressed as a social requirement rather than an opportunity to celebrate.
Giving Thanks may be played as an unconscious habit or a sincere reminder of appreciation.
What Thanksgiving means and offers the Thanks Giver:
Giving Thanks is a great way to increase the Good in your life.
Giving Thanks requires no cost, but only gain.
Giving Thanks is an investment in your future.
Giving Thanks brings both receiver and giver happiness.
Giving Thanks expands our view of how prosperous life is.
Giving Thanks feels polite and respectful, kind and loving.
Giving Thanks teaches others by example.
Giving Thanks sets a positive tone for our relationships.
Giving Thanks is the best way to encourage positive change.
Giving Thanks is a positive habit to develop.
Giving Thanks opens the way to respectful and helpful relating.
Giving Thanks is a gift that truly keeps on Giving.
Renewing and Expanding Your Habits of gratitude.
Send thank you notes to everyone who extends a special courtesy or gift to you.
Say thank you for every act of helpfulness and kindness to family members.
Demonstrate and express appreciation in places of business, with smiles, tips and words.
Bring a small gift to your hostess for special visits or dinners.
Write notes after an especially helpful contact.
(Recently I was impressed by a note of thanks for interviewing a potential renter.)
Say ‘thank you’ to everyone who serves you, answers a question or need.
Write thanks to emails or requests. ”Thanking You in advance.”
Say thanks to those at home who make meals, do dishes, laundry, cleaning, etc.
Say thanks to your children when they extend kindness or do as they are asked.
Say thanks to yourself for honoring your agreements and responsibilities.
Give thanks to Source, Power, God, Universe ad Mother Earth for the Goodness of Life.
Give thanks for each check that you receive. Give thanks for paying each bill for the services you receive…..telephone, food, electricity, water and more.
When your attitude of gratitude is fully activated, you will notice how much your happiness and prosperity is increased.
Appreciation increases all that you value and remember to activate with gratitude.
Loving and valuing You,
Betty Lue

Do It Now
When you are clear, enthused and inspired, do it now.
When you are happy and in love, the Spirit of Life is guiding you.
When you are scared and doubtful, the history of humanity is blocking you.
The decisions we make must be based on what we believe and know within.
You can live a life being conservative, cautious and limited.
This fits for those who are security conscious and living from the past.
You can live a life of adventure challenge and unlimited growth.
This fits for those who want freedom, confidence and thrive on fearlessness.
When we listen to the many voices of the world, we will find uncertainty in the differing opinions.
When we listen to the voice of peace and joy within, we will find certain confidence and a singular way.
Life offer opportunities to try both roads and experience the results.
Life gives us multiple paths and we are called to choose the one that works for us.
Some like comfort.
Some like difficulty.
Some like simplicity.
Some like complexity.
Some like to sleep.
Some like to stay awake.
Some like ease.
Some like stress.
Some like to explore.
Some like to know their place.
Some like fun.
Some like seriousness.
Some like challenge.
Some like certainty.
To each their own.
The freedom we seek is found in the path you choose.
Be the chooser of the way that works for you.
Take responsibility for your path and your choice.
Live a life of no regrets.
Give yourself what you have always wanted to have.
Watch where you gift to yourself leads.
If you could do it now without other’s judgments, what would you do?
Loving you,
Betty Lue
Vision and live your vision!!
Do It Anyway
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies. Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you.
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy it all overnight.
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow.
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough.
Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.

Life’s Choices
I dare you to love yourself enough to do the purpose exercise below.
You can have the life you want if you are willing to choose again!.
Our priorities and choices determine the direction of our lives.
Sometimes our values and our choices do not match.
And often times we lose what we value the most.
Facing our choices with clarity and consciousness is the key.
Start by taking full responsibility for the choices you make.
Full responsibility means no blame or guilt, simply owning your decisions.
Notice what works for you and what no longer works.
Notice what interferes with what really matters to you.
When we are OFF purpose, we often feel down, discouraged, upset and irritable.
When we self medicate with shopping, alcohol, TV, internet, gambling or overwork, we miss the lesson.
When we become addicted to self soothing or numbing the pain, we lose what we value most.
When we lose what matters most to us, we often take refuge in addictions and self sabotage.
Look at what really matters to you….health, happiness, home, relationship, service……..
Ask yourself what you currently choose regarding your highest values.
Do you make health and happiness a priority?
Do you make your marriage and primary relationships a; priority?
Are you living the life you really value?
Have you forsaken your values for someone or something?
Do you act and speak in ways which are unlike the real you?
Are you living someone else’ life to belong?
Are you addicted to something that distracts you from really living?
Are you attached to pleasing another and losing respect for yourself?
Are you living a lie and covering with excuses and justification?
Are your unhappy with the way you feel about yourself ?
Can you honestly say “I love the life I have and value the choices I make.”?
Are you afraid to look at your life and make new choices that are right for you?
When we stop choosing the life we value………
Marriages fail.
Health declines.
Work is lost.
Education is interrupted.
Life becomes depressing.
Maybe now is your time to relook at what you are doing with your life.
Maybe now you can be honest about what really matters to you.
Maybe now you can step away from those destructive, self defeating patterns.
Maybe now you are willing to choose the whole life you really want and value.
Today is the first day of the rest of your life.
No matter where you are, it is never too late to choose again.
Forgive mistakes of the past and choose the life your want.
Forgive your unconsciousness and be the person you want to be today.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Holistic Health Reminders
Our body is our vehicle to carry us through our life time.
The body requires very little maintenance and has a lifetime warranty by the Maker.
The body’s owner is required to provide basic servicing at regular intervals.
The owner is expected to provide good fuel, adequate rest and respectful useage.
Our mind is our GPS system offering information to provide clear worldly direction.
The mind has archived information which may be needed to move around difficulties.
The mind stores memory which gives us valuable input when needed.
The mind needs clear instructions from the owner as to its current state and desired destination.
When we are Self loving and serving, we will honor the basic needs of mind and body.
When we are neglectful, unconscious or disrespectful we use the body and mind for unhealthy purposes.
When we take the tools we are given for granted, we may abuse or misuse both body and mind.
When we pay attention to what gives us optimal energy, we easily discover the best way to care.
What does it take to love our body and mind well?
How can we give our GPS system the info it needs to guided and direct us around the obstacles in life?
What do we need to provide our vehicle to be in good condition for its daily useage?
How can be best honor the gift of life and respect the tools we are given?
The focus on the body as King or God is like making our car our most important possession.
The way we allow our physical desires to lead us is like allowing a willful child to lead us.
Listening to the mind chatter and programming of an unconscious world makes us crazy and confused.
Trusting an undisciplined mind to determine our destination is like letting a selfish child run our life.
There is a place within that is our inner guidance system.
There is a voice within that guides and directs our lives to health and happiness.
There is a calling within that increases our energy and interest in life itself.
There is a purpose for each of us that lights our way and loves us well.
When we step away from all the external voices and honor our own, we have found the key.
The body vehicle is the transportation system to fulfill our moving, doing, being.
The mind vehicle is the voice of expression, creativity and interactive relationship.
The Source, the Owner, the Maker is the Director of a Purposeful Life.
Honor the Source.
Listen to the Maker.
Own your life by caring for it well.
Loving the Life I am given.
Honoring this Life as I am guided.
Choosing to Live Long and Prosper for the Good of All,
Betty Lue

One with Spirit
United we stand.
Divided we fall.
When we are living our separate lives seeing the differences and fighting for our rightness, we fall into turmoil chaos and conflict.
We rage and violate others rights.
We seek to win at the expense of others.
We lose our way and find ourselves in self-made hell.
When we are living for the Good of All, seeing how we are connected in the simplest ways,, we find peace and prosperity is easily given and received with equanimity.
We feel happy and in love.
We seek only to serve what benefits humanity.
We find our way in acts of loving kindness and live in heaven every day.
Yes, it is that simple.
Simply a choice to be made in our minds and hearts.
Yes, it is that easy.
Easily giving up what we do not want and appreciating what we already have.
Life is a creative process, a learning laboratory, an opportunity to strengthen the highest Truths.
Life is a gift of raising consciousness, enlightening the darkness, and educating with wisdom.
Life is a choosers’ paradise, a risk takers adventure, a naysayer’s nightmare and happiness haven.
Life is what we each make it up to be as we go and it’s going to be what we have chosen it to be.
How wonderful when I can see we are all on a journey together, all winners.
How loving when I remember we are here to free each other in our expression.
How certain when I know we can trust one another’s process in awakening.
How healing when I receive the gift of life as a blessing of exploration and choice.
Life is Good, because I choose to see it as Good
Life is a Gift, because I choose to unwrap the illusion and see the Truth.
Life is a Joy, because I find happiness in me can be shared in Infinite ways.
Life is Love, because here I am loved, I am loving and I am beloved.
We are the same, you and I.
We are all in this together.
We are here for the same healing purpose.
When we remember one another of our holiness, we are healed.
Seeing you healed, whole and holy,
Betty Lue

Keep It Simple
When you want to remember what to do to have successful relationships, here are a few guidelines to practice. Your relationships with parents, children, partners, friends, coworkers and even strangers all deserve your best. When you manage to practice these few simple rules of engagement, you will be surprised by the success you experience.
Rules of Engagement
No need to argue or fight.
Share your point of view and let go.
If you have a position, state it once and then listen.
No rebuttle, or last word is needed.
Drop your need to be “right”.
Pushing to win always yields loss.
When the other person feels your need to make them wrong, they either withdraw or fight. Neither way works for a successful and respectful relationship.
Choose to be happy.
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
And it is all small stuff. Much ado over nothing yields nothing. When you become critical or demanding over the petty matters, then you teach that nothing really is important.
Give your energy to those principles that are really important and do it with respect.
Teach and lead by example.
Everyone is watching you. Know that your thoughts, words and deeds all belie who you are and what matters to you. Choose to live what you are teaching. Acknowledge all mistakes with an immediate apology and new choice for a better way.
Love everyone equally.
Specialness leads to trouble. Too often we treat strangers or neighbors better than family. Or perhaps we favor to one child or one friend. When we are not respecting and valuing everyone equally, we ask others to get our attention with problems, injuries or illnesses.
When people want our love and attention, they will use anything to get it.
Be respectful and kind.
Lack of respect and kindness beget more of the same. Remember to treat everyone as you want to be treated. Teach others to speak with you by the way you consistently speak to them. Keep your language respectful and appropriate for all ears. Live as though God is listening for indeed God in you and all is listening. Even infants hear your feelings.
Listen with your heart and seek to understand.
The words cover up the underlying meaning. Listen deeper than the words or complaints and needs say, because spoken words are covering the deepest needs of each individual.
When you feel the emotion, intuit the need and respond with respect and love, the other feels heard and received. When you do not know what to do or say, simply ask, “What can I do that would be most helpful to you right now?”
Remember:
The Peace of God is my single goal, the aim of all my living here.
It is the end I seek, my purpose and my function and my life. From ACIM
Our Goal is Peace.
Our Purpose is Happiness.
Our Function is Forgiving everyone and everything.
Erase anything that teaches fear and Lack of Love.
The Healing of God’s Son is all the world is for.
To heal is to make happy and make whole.
I Am a Loving Reminder and so Are You!

Family Harmony
Whether you want to improve your relationship with your children, your partner, your extended family or friends, your co-workers or others, the same tools apply.
· One person can affect change in others.
· One person can bring peace.
· One person can stop and listen.
· One person can offer true forgiveness.
· One person can begin again.
· One person can teach by example.
· One person can offer kindness.
· One person can see things differently.
· One person can take responsibility.
· One person can want peace more than conflict.
· One person can speak with respect.
· One person can do the work.
You are the One.
You came to bring Peace.
Your inner harmony can change the energy in your family.
Your peace of mind can bring peace to other minds.
How can you find inner peace?
Believe no inflammatory remarks.
Trust everyone is doing their best.
Stop criticizing and complaining and do Good.
Honor each one’s right to say what they believe.
Respect differences without making anyone wrong.
Trust your inner code of ethics and live your principles.
Listen first to what others are really trying to say.
Seek to understand before trying to be understood.
Always create the goal of peace with win-win solutions.
Share your viewpoint and position only once with no defensiveness.
When the other disagrees, there is no need to argue…..it only causes resistance.
Let go and put peace first.
When people feel peace, they can and will open to greater understanding.
Know you cannot know what others think, feel, want and are willing to do.
Do that which supports everyone in returning to Love, trust and freedom.
Bless us all for our willingness to find a better way.

Superstitious, AnyOne?
“Friday the thirteenth is my lucky day.”
Superstition is belief or notion, not based on reason, knowledge, or experience. The word is often used pejoratively to refer to folk beliefs deemed irrational. This leads to some superstitions being called "old wives' tales". It is also commonly applied to beliefs and practices surrounding luck, prophecy and spiritual beings, particularly the irrational belief that future events can be influenced or foretold by specific unrelated prior events.
The etymology is from the classical Latin superstitio, literally "a standing over", hence: "amazement, wonder, dread, especially of the divine or supernatural"[1] The word is attested in the 1st century BC, notably in Cicero, Livy, Ovid, in the meaning of an unreasonable or excessive belief in fear or magic, especially foreign or fantastical ideas. By the 1st century AD, it came to refer to "religious awe, sanctity; a religious rite" more generally.[2][3]
Remember what we believe in metaphysics is what we see because we are looking for proof that our beliefs are real. And what we do not want to see, but still believe is also attracting our energy and focus.
It is time to experiment with the belief that all things are not only possible but probable with our full faith.
When we have a split between knowing, believing, wanting to believe and doubting, we divide our energies among them.
Give yourself the opportunity to clear all obstacles, doubts, worries, uncertainties and fears.
Make a game of choosing something to give your full attention to as though it already were true.
Try out gathering information which causes you to doubt yourself and watch what happens.
Know for sure that something is possible and see it appear.
Too often we think there is external cause and do not accept our responsibility in the realization.
We create the experiences we have because we unconsciously set them into motion.
When we are fully engaged in Good and only Good, our lives appear Good to us.
When we are even partially fearful, resentful, doubtful, questioning, we have mixed results.
The power of our collective minds is enormous, as in prayer.
When we prayer the use of our mental focus, can be for the Highest Good rather than imaging a result.
When we choose someone to offer help, select someone who believes what you believe.
When we live life as though it would always be Good for us, we see the Good in it always.
Superstition is the opportunity to believe what we choose that is Good for All.
Superstition is a choice to believe in a higher power from which and through which we create.
Superstition is a way to use the power we are given as co-creators in a world of discovery.
May this day be your opportunity to discover how Good life can be.
You and I deserve a Good life which is shared and inspires others to do create the same.
When we all are living our desired life of Goodness, Wholeness and Beauty, there will be peace.
When we have no doubts, fears and resentment, we will live together with Joy, Gratitude and Love.
This is our healing and Holy work, so let us believe it is coming into being now.
Loving you,

Harmony in Your Home
What does it take to have harmony in your home and your workplace?
What does it take to have peace and harmony among nations?
What will it take to bring peace and harmony to our world?
We are waiting for you to bring this vision to truth.
Yes, each and everyone who is still at war, angry or afraid is needed to come to peace.
Where you are not peaceful, you cannot bring peace to others.
Where you are angry, you have not forgiven.
Where you are hurting and afraid, you will build defenses.
Where you are doubting and distrustful, you cannot extend peace.
Where you are judging and critical, you cannot build certainty.
Where you have prejudice and discrimination, you cannot encourage harmony.
Where you are lonely and separate, you cannot honor your piece of the whole.
When there is peace in the soul, there is harmony in the home.
When there is harmony in the home, there is peace in the community.
When there is harmony in the community, there is peace in the world.
You are the Bringer of Peace and Harmony to your world.
What can you do?
Love yourself well today.
Give up the habits of complaining, gossip and worry and choose to be grateful.
Enjoy every aspect of your life, home and work, friendships and family.
Clear all those beliefs, situations and memories that no longer serve your peace and happiness.
Give yourself peace by choosing to appreciate the Good in you and around you.
Find within yourself the willingness to translate all circumstances into opportunities.
See life as supporting the best in you and strengthening your capacity to love.
Enjoy the fruits of your labor by valuing what you give with love and joy.
Make your bed and enjoy resting in it.
Keep your agreements with yourself and reward yourself with love.
Give your best to yourself, for the sheer joy of giving your very best.
See your life as a blessing to you and coming from you.
Teach your world to sing and dance with happiness by being the one who remembers.
Honor all life and trust everyone is doing the best they know at the time.
Offer help and encouragement when and where it will be received and valued.
Learn to live by the principles you want others to learn.
Watch the world change wherever you bring your peace and happiness.
Observe your family become more respectful and helpful, because you are.
Learn to live with peace in your heart and bring harmony and kindness to all relationships.
Have the life your really want because you dare to create it being so.
Loving you in letting go of the past and choosing peace and harmony right now,
Betty Lue

Veteran’s Day
Let us be grateful for those who serve.
Let us give thanks for all the ways of serving.
Warriors, magicians, priests, servers, artisans, sages, and kings.
Thanks to the ones who research and apply, defend and protect, communicate and listen, create and inspire, care take and nurture, lead and teach, and simply live the good life.
We really need to learn to appreciate it all.
Appreciation clears the mistakes.
Appreciation inspires improvement.
Appreciation builds confidence.
Appreciation creates partnership.
Appreciation opens communication.
Appreciation heals wounds.
Appreciation lifts barriers.
Appreciation stops conflict.
Appreciation encourages Goodness.
Let us take this day to remember to appreciate our history and our future.
Let us enjoy the experience of appreciating all that is right now.
Appreciating you,
Betty Lue

Do you Appreciate, Take for Granted, Expect or Ignore?
It has come to my attention that those who appreciate are the most happy.
Those who value life as it is seem to stay positive.
Those who fully enjoy the good they have seem to have more true happiness.
Those who actively and consciously show appreciation have more to appreciate.
Those who complain have more to complain about.
Those who expect and assume life to treat them well are easily disappointed.
Those who ignore the Good they have often see it diminish.
Those who take for granted and even misuse the Good find diminishing returns.
It is in valuing the Good in our lives that the Good is exalted.
It is in appreciating those who do Good that they are strengthened and supported.
It is in praising, expressing gratitude and respect consciously that the Good grows.
It is in seeing life in a new way every day that we fully love those we have.
Can you appreciate yourself for creating your life?
Can you appreciate the Earth for her beauty and bounty?
Have you honored the riches of her soil and air and water?
Can you give thanks for the sustenance that comes from what the Earth is giving?
Do you appreciate the stores you shop in?
Do you value the schools, the libraries, the museums and the teachers?
Have you given to those enterprises that serve you and others so well?
Do you support the institutions that keep you informed and inspired?
Have you given your thanks to those people who give your Goodness daily?
Are you truly glad you have a job and/or a source of income?
Do you value the good you eat and the bed in which you sleep?
Have you truly appreciated the home in which you live and the car you drive?
Are you appreciative for the safety of firemen, policement, healthgivers and caretakers?
Do you say thank you daily to all those who come your way recognizing what each one gives?
Yes, finding fault and looking for problems or mistakes has been our training…….
However, this negative approach negates and diminishes the Good That Is.
Finding the Good and looking for blessings is another way.
The positive approach enhances, inspired, strengthens and increases the Good.
This change of mental habit will change your life and change your world.
Develop the habit of appreciation.
Enjoy the habit of encouragement.
See the value of contribution.
Give the best you have to everyone all the time.
You are the change you want to see.
You are the transformation that will bless our world.
You are the gift that is here to highlight the Good.
Loving you,
Betty Lue

Giving
Love is our Natural State.
Joy is our Natural State.
Abundance is our Natural State.
Health is our Natural State.
When we are not experiencing love, joy, abundance, and wholeness, something has gone wrong.
When we are upset, discouraged, stuck in lack, littleness or limitation, we are off track.
When we feel lost, confused, conflicted, doubtful, we are not honoring our inner voice.
When we are tired, disappointed, and feeling hurt, we are not loving ourselves well.
To give is to connect with those to whom you give.
To connect there must be positive energy in the giver.
To have positive energy, we must listen within and trust in the gift and the giving.
To listen within, we cannot predetermine or assume the gift and the giving.
To Love is natural.
Loving requires no doing or thinking, planning or preparing.
Loving is a state that is as natural as breathing.
Loving is to the giver and the receiver.
To be happy is natural.
Being Joy filled is not based on pleasuring ourselves or receiving something.
Being truly happy is natural experience for those who do not withhold their Love.
Being happy is related to loving abundantly and with gratitude.
To be abundant is natural.
When we stop all comparison, envy, judgment and worry, we find our lives are rich.
When we let go of believing abundance is based on what we own or buy, we are fulfilled.
When we love and appreciate the life we have, we experience true prosperity.
To be whole is natural.
When we focus on the problems or imperfections of our ever-changing physiology, we make feel sick.
When we are not at peace with our current state, we experience inner lack of ease. (“dis-ease”)
When we return to peace and forgive our fears, we find true wholeness and holiness within.
Giving comes from living our lives naturally in a state of trust and freedom.
Giving gives us energy and a sense of abundance and fulfillment.
Giving from our natural state is much like a tree that simply is and breathes in and out.
Giving reminds us we are Love and Joy and Abundant and Whole.
Giving awakens our Spirit, opens our mind and touches our hearts.
Giving is Living Love.
Loving you,
Betty Lue
Joy is our Natural State.
Abundance is our Natural State.
Health is our Natural State.
When we are not experiencing love, joy, abundance, and wholeness, something has gone wrong.
When we are upset, discouraged, stuck in lack, littleness or limitation, we are off track.
When we feel lost, confused, conflicted, doubtful, we are not honoring our inner voice.
When we are tired, disappointed, and feeling hurt, we are not loving ourselves well.

How To Be Happy and Positive
(Steps to Optimistic Living below)
We are facilitating a retreat this weekend on the ocean in Santa Cruz.
Your Loving Reminders will be sent telepathically until Monday morning.
Always Loving and Remembering YOU! Betty Lue
When the media is fear based, how can you remember to trust?
When friends are complaining, how can you still be grateful?
When life seems, difficult, how can you find the easy way?
When many around you feel depressed, how do you express happiness?
Life offers choices.
Many different paths are available.
We each are choosing the way that seems to be right for us.
We may be choosing because we learned our attitude as children.
Some have just assumed that our way was the only way.
Maybe they learned to believe that the world is hard and painful and full of loss.
Maybe they learned to buy into the negativity and sorrow of movies and media.
Maybe they wanted to belong to families and groups who have an unhappy perspective.
Some feel offended.
Some take things personally.
Some are hyper sensitive.
Some feel victimized.
Some feel conflicted.
Some feel rejected.
Some feel confused.
Some feel alone.
Some feel frustrated.
Whatever you may feel, you can change your feelings.
When you feel negativity, you spread negativity.
When you feel unhappy, you increase unhappiness.
Your feelings are a teaching, a demonstration to your world.
Your thoughts create your feelings.
Your feelings encourage your thoughts.
Your perceptions are a result of your beliefs.
Your beliefs can be changed with your willingness.
Yes, it takes work and attention to change beliefs, thoughts, feelings, perceptions and attitudes.
Just like anything your want to do well, you must practice daily.
Life those areas of your life where you develop skill and success, you must be consistent.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.
Start with just one change of mind.
Practice changing one habit for a week or two.
When you catch yourself forgetting, be kind and simply remind yourself of a better way.
When you catch yourself being happy and positive, be appreciative and encouraging.
You can change your mind.
Changing your mind will change your life……one day at a time.
I am grateful for your willingness to do what it takes, to be the whole Being You are here to be!

Twelve Daily Steps To Optimistic Living
1. Focus on my successes rather than on my failures.
2. Notice that which I have accomplished rather than that which I’ve left undone.
3. See and acknowledge my beauty rather than focusing on my imperfections.
4. Notice and acknowledge all the times I’ve followed the optimum conditions, rather than judging myself for the times I have not.
5. Acknowledge all my wins each and every day.
6. Create and maintain an environment that nurtures me.
7. See problems as opportunities to learn from rather than as obstacles to avoid.
8. Tell the whole truth on a moment to moment basis in order to maintain impeccable and loving relationships.
9. Be conscious every moment to put positive thoughts into my mind rather than negative, knowing all thoughts are creative.
10. Appreciate my feelings as a means of understanding myself, thus directing and creating my reality.
11. Continue to forgive myself and others as a means of creating a state of Grace.
12. Fill my life with joy and ecstasy by practicing daily the art and skill of verbally expressing my gratitude for all that I have.

Mind Your Own Business or Do Something?
‘If you see something that needs to be done, it is yours to do.’
‘Tend your own garden, before telling someone else how to tend theirs.’
‘What others do or say is none of my business’.
‘You are your brother’s keeper.’
‘Do unto others what you want others to do for you.’
How do I know when I am to do or say something?
First, listen within, to your heart.
Find the way that brings you peace and feels kind and helpful.
Give what you have where it will be received and no rejected.
If there is potential for harm, do something immediately with confidence and kindness.
If there is simply wanting to control or change another, stop and think first to your intention.
If there is wanting to make things better for everyone, ask where and how it will be best received.
If there is judgment, criticism, correction, it is best to forgive, find inner peace and seek to understand.
When others feel attacked, made wrong, belittled and/or judged, they tend to become defensive.
When others are told they are behaving incorrectly, they do not trust your motives unless you are respected.
You will not be respected unless you are living what you teach, are respectful of them, and clearly know.
You can effect change in others by modeling, learning about them, finding their willingness and abilities.
Adults who are clearly making their own choice are different than the elderly, infirm or children.
We are guardians of this earth.
We are caregivers for one another.
We are the awakening ones who know.
We are called to participate.
We are encouraged to be response able.
We are conscious of errors in thinking and behaviors.
We are accepting of differences in beliefs, background and preferences.
We are understanding of life’s choices and the opportunities to learn and grow.
Showing up and speaking up is key to helping one another wake up.
Saying the highest truth without threat or attack is a key communication art.
Being willing to trust in the learning process for everyone, gives freedom to all.
Playing our part with clarity, confidence, consistency and commitment is essential.
Each one of us is making a difference for all of us.
So mind the “business” that is yours in which you are invited and inspired to participate.
Give all to all to have the change your want to be and see.
Know that Love says and does what brings trust and freedom to all concerned.
Giving for the sake of reminding us all to be the givers we are meant to be,

Help Asked
Can you tell when someone is asking for help?
How do you respond to your brother’s need?
Are you willing to give the best you have?
Can you forgive yourself for withholding your love?
The world is crying for help.
While the Good Mother Earth cannot use words, she is telling us to listen to her needs.
While it may not be obvious to those who are busy, she shows us everyday where we are neglectful.
While we may be used to using, abusing and taking what we want, we must respond, repair and replenish.
Our families are crying for help.
While our family may be sane, satisfying and suitable for our needs, others are in trouble with turmoil and unresolved conflicts.
There is divorce, abuse, neglect and cruelty in many families increasing with economic stress.
We may have first been shocked, then grew accustomed and now complacent about others difficulties.
The everyday stresses of two working parents, worry about money and jobs and few role models, has made what we normal, now challenging and difficult.
Our schools are crying for help.
The teachers are underpaid and under pressure to perform, teaching too many children in one classroom.
The schools are often understaffed, with closed libraries, minimal music, art and extracurricular programs.
The children are sometimes hungry, tired, badgered at home, and not mentored in doing well in school.
The respect, responsibility and cooperation which was the norm is more often the exception.
Single parents need our help.
Children of divorce, poverty, neglect and abuse need our help.
Teachers need our support.
Non-profits and volunteer programs need our help.
We all can do something to be of help.
Give thanks for the Good you and others do daily.
Keep your own home, finances and family in good condition.
Manage your time, energy and money in effective and successful ways.
Give your best to everyone who asks for help.
Honor all requests unless it does harm to the other or to you.
Be true to the Voice of Love and Goodness within you.
Respect your willingness to give with appreciation.
You see it really is how we respond that matters.
· Give with No sacrifice or martyrdom.
· Give with love and trust, not from duty and obligation.
· Give your best rather than the leftovers.
· Give with gratitude and Joy.
· Give respecting, not pitying or feeling sorry for the recipient.
· Give because you can, not because you have to.
· Give receiving the gift you are giving and being fulfilled in the giving itself.
· Give asking nothing in return.
· Give because it is the right and loving thing to do.
· Give without fear or resentment.
· Give and enjoy the giving.
Loving you the Holy Healing Helpful Givers,

A beautiful reminder forwarded to me.
WHEN YOU THOUGHT I WASN'T LOOKING
A message every adult should read because children
are watching you and doing as you do, not as you say.
When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you hang my
first painting on the refrigerator, and I immediately
wanted to paint another one.
When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you feed a
stray cat, and I learned that it was good to be kind
to animals.
When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you make my
favorite cake for me, and I learned that the little
things can be the special things in life.
When you thought I wasn't looking I heard you say a
prayer, and I knew that there is a God I could always
talk to, and I learned to trust in Him.
When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you make a
meal and take it to a friend who was sick, and I
learned that we all have to help take care of each other.
When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you take care
of our house and everyone in it, and I learned we have
to take care of what we are given.
When you thought I wasn't looking I saw how you
handled your responsibilities, even when you didn't
feel good, and I learned that I would have to be
responsible when I grow up.
When you thought I wasn't looking I saw tears come
from your eyes, and I learned that sometimes things
hurt, but it's all right to cry.
When you thought I wasn't looking I saw that you
cared, and I wanted to be everything that I could be.
When you thought I wasn't looking I learned most of
life's lessons that I need to know to be a good and
productive person when I grow up.
When you thought I wasn't looking I looked at you and
wanted to say,'Thanks for all the things I saw when
you thought I wasn't looking'
I AM SENDING THIS TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE I KNOW
WHO DO SO MUCH FOR OTHERS,
BUT THINK THAT NO ONE EVER SEES.
LITTLE EYES SEE A LOT .
Each of us (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, teacher, friend)
influences the life of a child.
How will you touch the life of someone today? Just by
sending this to someone else, you will probably make
them at least think about their influence on others.
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply.
Speak kindly.

The Power of Intention
Under every conscious activity is the power of your intention.
Within every conscious written or spoken expression is the power of your intention.
Under our conscious dreaming and visioning is the power of your intention.
Be conscious of your intention in life and notice the power of your thoughts, words and deeds.
When I am about to give something, I clarify my intention in the giving.
When I am going to speak with someone, I get conscious about my intention.
When I am imagining a class or event, I write or verbalize my intention.
This brings into conscious focus what is the desired outcome to which I am committed.
When I am about to do something about which I am uncertain or ambivalent, I ask, What is my intention?
When I remember my life purpose, my mission, my goals, my intention, I know and I do.
With intention, everything can be and will be used for good.
With consciousness, everything will serve a healing, healthy and holy purpose.
I recognize that my clear intention and commitment to consciousness leads me to fulfillment.
I know that everything I think and say and do is part of my natural focus and intention
I honor the choices I have made by giving them my honest highest intention.
I respect myself with focusing on successful completion and fulfillment for the highest Good.
The intention I choose most often is: May this serve the Highest Good for All.
I recognize that I cannot be more specific because I do not know what is Good for everyone.
I trust that the path I choose in life is diverse, different than others and it flows with what is called.
I respect that there is a Higher Power and Presence that sees with inclusion for All Beings.
When choosing an intention of your own making, add the phrase ‘whatever is for the Highest Good.’
This will cover those areas of unconsciousness, confusion and conflict and allow you to be confident.
In connecting with many whose needs vary, I can only and always give the best I know.
When serving the “highest Good”, I know that I do not know and must listen within and follow.
When I am at peace, clear and confident, I give 100% to the desired outcome.
When I am conflicted, confused and uncertain, I can only give a lesser percentage of my energy.
I am trusting in all I think and say and do, that I am including everyone .
It is only when I seek Good for All, that I can freely trust my inner guidance and direction.
Therefore, the power of my intention comes without holding back.
The power of my intention comes with certainty and trust.
The power of my intention is fueled by my Love for all creation and the Creative Power within.
The power of my intention is appreciated as I see the Good unfold in Good for All.
Loving you with all my heart, my mind and the very Highest Good I know,
Betty Lue

All Saint’s Day
‘REST IN GOD’S LOVE AND PROTECT YOUR REST BY LOVING’
There are many saints in our presence…….
· Those who love another as much or more than themselves…..
· Those who give freely of time, energy and resources for the Good of others.
· Those who fully appreciate the Good in their lives.
· Those who seek no credit for the Good they do.
· Those who make sacred and heal the unhealed.
Yes, You too, may be a saint.
Tuesday is full moon day.
Emotions may be intense.
Tempers and passions and addictions may flare up.
Conflicts and Confusion may arise.
What You do with what you see and know and feel is your choice.
You can be the safe place of freedom and trust.
You can bring the gift of forgiveness and Love.
You can share the highest vision for goodness and beauty.
You can respect all voices and honor all paths.
How You live is your teaching and your example.
Know that your words teach others what to believe.
Know that your activities lead others to do the same.
Know that your thoughts and prayers lights the way.
Know that everything you give is received.
How You love expands healing, wholeness and Goodness in All.
You are making a difference, whether you know it or not.
You are making a difference, whether it is seen by others or not.
You are making a difference, even when your life is private.
You are making a difference, even when your gifts are anonymous.
Saints are often unnoticed in the greater world.
Their ways are not boastful or obvious.
Their words are not boisterous or braggadocio.
Their thoughts are not self-aggrandizing.
Their everyday lives heal, inspire and bring greater peace.
Saints often live eccentric and extraordinary lives.
Praying for others’ Good is powerful.
Choosing simplicity is healing.
Living with kindness and respect is inspiring.
Giving with joy and gratitude is Godly.
Love yourself this day and everyday, living the highest thoughts, words and activities,
Betty Lue
Loving you in all we do.
Reunion Ministries has been called to create a spiritual retreat for individuals, families and small groups.
After many years of intermittently listening and looking, we have found and are renewing our Reunion Lake House at Hidden Valley Lake in Lake County, CA. Approximately two hours drive from the San Francisco Bay Area, (driving through beautiful wine country Napa and Calistoga along the Silverado Trail), the vistas are awe-inspiring.
The little community is natural, friendly and filled with helpful respectful people who look out for one another.
We are renewing with new bathrooms, appliances, carpet and paint to make it ready for you.
It is a place of peace, inspiration, appreciation and joy.
The great room and deck have a glorious west facing view of the quiet lake.
There is a small beach just a short walk downhill from the Lake House.
Hidden Valley Lake has tennis courts, golf course, swimming pool, hiking trails and campground, nearby horseback riding and more.
We will dedicate the Reunion Lake House and Spiritual Retreat on Winter solstice, December 19 for the Good of All.
Thank you for your prayers of appreciation and for holding the vision of Love and Peace for everyone in our world.
You are a treasured gift, a precious Source of inspiration, for all we do in the name of Love.
Always Loving, trusting and freeing us all to live the Highest Way we know.
